(Edit: plate is my roommates when we used to share a house.)
Start off with some boneless skinless chicken tenders. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and old bay season on each side. Roll in flour then in a bath of egg wash(tap eggs and some milk whisked into finely mixed) then roll in ground white corn flour.
Next drop them into a hot pot of oil and allow them to cook for a few minutes or until nice and crispy.
Serve with a side of panda Express sweet and tangy sauce to dip or your choice of dipping sauce.
