Change of plan... and this is gonna sound nuts._ I wanna fully finish all story chapters from start to the current latest expansion I have (that is, Janthirs Wild) in Guild Wars 2 for my Warrior, Engineer and Necromancer, instead of just leaving unifnished story chapters there, it's kind of bugging me. Also, these 3 are my best classes of the game.
I'm honestly thinking of recovering and salvaging all items and equipment of my characters (the ones not bound to them), tehn DELETING all of them. After that, I start my account anew, with a warrior, an engineer and a necromancer, and that's probably it.
Why on earth would I go through so much trouble to do that (and waste so much money spent on all the bag slots I've opened for them, too) ? Because, in this game, once you start a story mission, if you quit halfway through, it remains there waiting for you to continue later. Personally, I honestly don't have the patience or interest to continue them, but at the same time it's bugging me seeing those story missions being unfinished and waiting for me to pick up again. Kind of like quest logs remaining in your journal, never finished and can't be removed. I'm gonna finish the full quest line of the main game, but afterwards I'm NOT touching any story missions of the DLCs.
Before this, however, I need to grind for unbound magic (currency) to buy travel tomes for Living World season 3 areas...
Now, why do I go with only those three classes ? Because I just can't figure out how to play the others as good as I want. I can't figure out their 'style', so to speak. The three classes I mentioned, they all have good crowd-control. Additionally : warrior is good at raw damage, engineer good with raw damage, damage-over-time and combo fields, necromancer can survive very well with health-stealing or damage-over-time. But, for other classes, I can't figure out the build for their damage to be as good, and I also just can't figure out their 'style' to play. I'm not really feeling it with them, honestly. So, I don't wanna invest on them. Three are good enough for me.
