I've been re-watching this old sci-fi series from like late 90's called "Lexx" and wow, it was as alien sex-drenched and surreally strange as I remember!

Just curious if anyone else recalls it? If so, your comments on their "showers" and "toilets" inside the titular ship would be veeeery interesting! <snickers knowingly>

The first season was amongst my favourite sci-fi shows. It also had a really hilarious multiple-choice quiz as a DVD extra, containing the immortal question:

Q: Kai is...
1)...dead
2)...dead sexy
3)...dead good at making his hair look like an interesting loaf of bread
4) All of the above (which was of course the correct answer!)

Also the Battle-Hymn of the Brunnen-G was quite haunting, and I loved the insectile spacecraft, the petty, incompetent antihero, nazi-style pseudo-religious theocracy, and especially the part where Stanley Tweedle threatens a hall of disembodied brains to sing nice songs about him by pointing a giant pillbug at them. It was chaotic, irreverent, hilarious and genuinely inventive. Who cares if it was a little cheesy? Most sci-fi of the era was.

But yes, that woman is showering under what is clearly an alien penis.

May his merciful shadow fall upon you.
