I'm only one month from the best Beltaine trip evaaaarrr!! <super excites squeee> Like for real, IRL this is big for me...
On May 1 for the first time, I'll be alone in my favourite city with no responsibilities at all, and it's gonna be BLISS!!!!! <LOL> Ooooo, I can't wait!! Two nights and three days of full buffet breakfasts and full pool to swim in overlooking the harbour...celebrating the holiday by being free to play in my favourite hotel and sunrise to sunset just soaking in every park, fountain, waterfall, and seaside munchie that I can!!
You have to understand...I LOOOVE the place I'm going to but usually have to go with family, and since I am the only one who drives in the family...I'm kind of tied to their schedules and desires. We get along well enough and we all do things we like but it's all or nothing often, or at least coordinating around everyone from bathrooms to food to "drop me off and pick me up at <x> time: so now I'm tied to a watch. Fine but not the same as a true vacation, right? Just trading one job for another with more breaks and better scenery.
But lucky me...we'll all go later in the summer but this specific special day is JUST for me so NOT THIS TIME!!! <claps and bounces> I"M FREEE TO PLAAAYY!!! I get a TRUE vacation for the first time in my life, enjoying the freedom of doing anything I want for as long as I want not having to worry about anything, eating when I want where I want regardless of anyone else...just sunrise to sunset in the best natural surroundings possible, answerable to only MY whims, staying up as late as I want enjoying catnip by the coloured fountains and music by the waterfront cafes all night if I want to...not having to care about anything for days except my own peace. OOOOOO!!!!!
I'll be online a little but during that time...dangerously alone in a hotel so feel free to check in and share the joy. <LOL> Weeks away, that's just a few dozen sleeps!!! MMMMM.....<teehehee>
