Every time I hear it I think of some of the dialogue from early in one of the Elvira video games: "Nice start, creep. What do you think you were doing? That guy is a total sadist. You're lucky he didn't tie your weeny in a granny knot."

So it winds up seeming painful to me.

Mambi blatantly saying "on a toy" told me more than enough about the likely intent of the joke.

I live remote in somewhat more prudish territory (I probably wouldn't be able to get away with having one of those "toys"), but I'm not THAT isolated.
