Well, now I know why I have trouble keeping a hard cap on the number of games I buy.

According to the Steam page, the game itself does not use AI generation.
However, the song used for the trailer... actually does. It's the one piece that does use AI and the Steam page explicitly states that fact. I've actually left a comment on the video to the effect of "please have a real band do this when you can afford it" - I know it's going for an old TV cartoon style (given how much The Flintstones inspired this, it's no surprise - they put even more effort into cartoon songs in the days before Nickelodeon dominated the scene), but I am a firm believer that real people and instruments can do it better basically 100% of the time.
Listen to this one side-by-side with the theme for the Flintstones cartoon (or anything from Hanna-Barbera), or even any 90s cartoon theme song, and it's obvious AI can't keep up.
There's actually a few games like this where the actual gameplay is built by a real person and AI only provided a couple things. I feel like once you're out of the prototype phase, that's when the AI needs to be put back on the shelf.
Sometimes you just need a good head-scratch and nobody's around...
