from what you can tell from behind the glitter, the book seems to suggest summoning up a lot of rats to carry the glitter away to be used as nest materials
warns the rats it will be in their blood
the rats decide to ignore the glitter and head to @Lenago's pantry
its still covered in crime scene tape... they will shoot if you get too close(they isn't one of the pvp players in this context)
