I got introduced to the feesh back when I had a Mega Drive. But the more I learn, it seems a lot of the games I played were ports, from Battletoads to James Pond to Altered Beast to Ghouls N' Ghosts

Oh, yeah! the Mega Drive got a ton of ports, it was kind of a system that didn't really have a very robust library of titles developed just for it. In fact, I think that over here in Europe the popularity of the Amiga kind of damaged the popularity of the Mega Drive, because so many of the titles were already available for the Amiga
