something that clearly demonstrates the significance skunks have long had in the fandom is the early, long running and prominent furry webcomic Sabrina Online by Eric Schwartz!

What can be more furry than nerdiness, computers and...um...well...
Certainly had a major influence in the 90s and early 2000s furyverse especially, but also to the present day.
(Just a heads up, the comic is somewhat NSFW).

Plus, that's such a boopable pink nose, a shame the comic (until recently) is black and white

Skunks like to dig for grubs to eat and in doing so, they improve soil quality by aerating it :3 bonus points if they poop there too for some natural fertilizer.
