Why do I get the feeling I would have the most fun with Lumpy Space Princess despite her being the supposedly least appealing looking... even though she has the most curves? :P

Speaking personally, I would definitely sleep with Marceline and Bubblegum - preferably at the same time - but I think both of them would be a real pain in a long-term relationship. Bubblegum has a tendency to ignore everything once she gets obsessed with a new project, and Marceline is a little too fond of mind games. On the other hand I would flippin' MARRY Fiona.
Lumpy Space Princess isn't even in the game. Too much DRAMA.
