the puddle erupts and splashes you

I got wet from the splash sand shook rapidly. “That’s mine! And you ruined my nicely licked fur.”

the puddle is silent again, sliding across the floor and circling you just out of your reach

“This isn’t fair!” I tried catching you but it was no use.

the puddle reformed into the Styx that you know, still circling out of your reach.

"hah, i win!"

I take the chance and leap for the win. I barely catch it in my mouth and run away. “Hehe! Cya!”

the naiad reforms into a puddle and slides under Finn, causing him to slip as she reforms, grabbing the win, and becoming a puddle and sliding away again

“Awww nuts.” I run after the puddle and try to catch up.

the puddle slides faster and begins circling you again, still out of reach

“Ugh! This is so annoying!” I tried to keep my eyes on it, but it was too fast.

the puddle eventually reformed as the naiad leaped over you and reformed into a puddle once touching the ground again

“What a show off.” I chase after you again. Breathing harder with every step.

the naiad reforms and speaks to you, turning into water whenever you try to grab the win

"hah, i guess i am a show off huh? it's my win!"

“This is so unfair!” I was just a dog. I wasn’t no match for the Naiad.

"sorry my friend, but i don't think i can be beaten, unless i die somehow"

the naiad laughed and kept avoiding you

“Grrrr…” I ran while trying to catch the Naiad.

the naiad chuckled and became a puddle again, sliding in circles
