Unfortunately the Pawlice come in and act all strict and stuff, making the chaos go away :(

And as such they have no time for actual pawlice work, leaving it to the strict non-goofball pawlice :O
Fortunately, the strict non-goofball pawlice couldn't resist the whimsy of the fandom and joined in the shenanigans too :P
