Uh, only one of those options make up ECCO, the option A. All the rest are ECCR-O, ECCR, and then ECCR ratgain. So, while those are great names for a dolphin sona, it is really super obvious what the correct answer is.
It is C. Because not only does c stand for sea ratgain, but reservoir is a thing where you put water in, and dolphins live in water. It's a double clue, I figured it out with my brain immediately :3

Well, to be domestic is to be of the house or home, and what could be better for building a house than rocks? Therefore, the thoughtful breeders of the world would think to build their domesticated pigeon with rock (doves).

Ah-ha! Obviously the answer is C. Not because water this time, though. But because the dove is collared, and what happens when you get tamed? That's right, you get a cute collar put on you. So obviously the domesticating apes would pick the dove who has a predisposition for wearing a collar for their domestication thing.
